    Possibly, yes - - I know for sure that, for me, director Michael Crichton's 1978 movie "Coma" was much better than Robin Cook's book of the same title. (One of the very few times I've liked a movie better than the book.)

    And add Jerry Goldsmith's AMAZING original music score for the movie? It all adds up to Utopian Coma for me, yup.
