Do you think I could get a job somewhere milking cows by hand or is it all done by machine now?

I grew up on a farm milking cows by hand for many years so does anyone anywhere hire an experienced cow milker? I wonder how much the job pays?

    It's those little details that make a world of difference!!
    Very nice of you to realize how uncomfortable cold hands would be.  
    Having the milking a soothing experience would also make our cow very willing to give.

    My hand must have been cold a couple days ago.  They were so frigid, they didn't hit "LIKE!"   IKES!!

    :( :(.  You may be right for all the milk-cows we buy the milk from at the grocery stores.
    Maybe a farmer or two still does it by hand.
    One can only hope.

    I just looked up the average going rate of pay for a cow-milking Canadian Cat.
    Unfortuately, they only gave me United States rates of pay.
    For the big farms, like, Scholten, Elderslie, and Will DeGroot, it's looking like a little over 12 bucks an hour.
    Maybe since you're a cat and perhaps like the creamy taste, they would give you an employee discount.
    Who knows?  It's worth a shot of cream to ask!

    If I were you, I would go to your neighborhood farm and ask if you could volunteer for a couple of days, try it out and then see if you like it.
    It would be an interesting job to have and I'm sure there must be a demand.  
    Definitely the hands on tit for the milk.  I am sure it is easier and more pleasant for the cow.  The milk probably tastes better, too.

    To show my appreciation, I've asked Betsy and she said she would like to come and live with you for a while.
    She's our friendly and very Happy! Happy! milk cow.

    She has the sweetest cream and the nicest personality.  She's not very good at directions, so she wears a bell.
    The good news is, she's potty, barn-trained.  She isn't messy at all.
    She says "Moooooore than anything, Thank you for being a great friend and the AP!

    you can work in a farm but you wont milk by hands 

    i think you must control the machines and maybe feed cows with hay and do various things.

    Many dairy farms are going bankrupt because people are not buying as much milk as they used to.  Now it's oat milk and almond milk although I must admit I had no idea that oats and almonds lactate or that they could be milked, but what do I know.
