    It's not the instrument that bears the guilt; it's the one who uses it.

    Sam bought a gun.  He stored it safely - unloaded, and locked in a gun safe with the animotion in a separate location.  Fred broke into the safe, took the gun, loaded it, and shot Ralph. Is Sam to blame (even partially) for Ralphs murder?  No.

    I agree. You know what my point was of course. You ALWAYS do. Cages were built on Obama's watch. Children were torn from their parents arms and locked up in them by Order of the "head". Is it what it is. Everyone says so! Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)
