What are some ways that even an introvert, a claustrophobic, and/or an agoraphobic person is still a social being? ~

    I'm not in the basement; WAY too claustrophobic down there.  On top of that,  there are spiders down there!! (arachnophobia).

    That's true, but I'd prefer that they do it far away from me.  (or at least out of sight and not across my doorways or inside my car)

    All very different things to be grouping together, don't you think? 

    I think introverted people are well-suited to online communities because they can explore their thoughts and the thoughts of others as much as they're comfortable with, without having obnoxious, annoying people in their faces. 

    People with claustrophobia can be as social as they'd like in a wide variety of situations. Just don't expect them to join you at an "escape room" party or go shopping on Black Friday! 

    People with agoraphobia can obviously socialize online, via phone, text, etc. and also throw amazing dinner parties with as many people as they can fit within the confines of their own home.

      True.  Do you think those conditions cause at least some people to be less social than they might be if they didn’t have them?

    We are all social beings whether we like it or not. You cannot universally value one personality characteristic within the whole spectrum of human beings.
