Do you remember the first birthday that made you feel old?

Today is my 29th birthday. Now that I am a year away from 30, I have to say that I’m feeling less young. I can’t believe my 20s are almost over; where did the time go?

Oh well, Merry Christmas Eve, everyone :D

40 was my worst birthday.  I realized that anything I had hoped to accomplish in my personal life by then and hadn't would likely never occur.  Then I turned 41 and it was in my rearview mirror.  Just turned 75 and I'm grateful for every birthday I get to celebrate.

Happy Birthday, Nevan :) Always the worst for me have been the ones that end in one. Turning twenty was fine but 21 meant on my way to thirty. Thirty was fine but 31 meant in my way to forty.

As I turned 24, I realized I would no longer be eligible for the PFA Young Player of the Year Award. Not that anyone would pay so much as a dime to see me play football.

    Happy birthday!
