    Old man FOOTOO has few options. The REALLY GREAT lawyers don't want any part of him. All that's left are the losers who ambulance chase and will take any client because they are that desperate. Nothing wrong with being 84. I"m 83 and Jim is 85 and WE ARE HOLDING OUR OWN intellectually. But at this age taking on a client that is GUILTY AS CHARGED? Seriously? We're too smart for that.
