Talk about misrepresentation!  The guy is a street preacher.  This is the story:

"Calgary police have arrested street preacher Artur Pawlowski after he failed to abide by public health orders again during a Saturday church service during which dozens were congregating without masks, with no regard for physical distancing."

Try reading newspaper articles from reputable media outlets.

Perhaps you she read something without bias.  Just because he was preaching outside does not mean they do not also have a building. (Not that a building is required to be a church or a pastor)
This pastor also order law enforcement out of his building on Easter.
    Here is the video:

Pastor inside or out, if he is preaching in violation of the Covid regulations, he should be arrested.  Whether YOU think it's fair or not, if his government (or ours for that matter) institutes certain restrictions, then we follow them whether we like them or not.  For such a "LAW and ORDER" person such as yourself to suggest that it's OK for him to violate the law and to encourage others to do the same is the epitome of hypocrisy. Trumpicans are required to be hypocrites, it's one of the rules. The "prosperity theology" of the Hellsong cult verges on the Satanic, given that it is the antithesis of the teaching of Christ Jesus, whose cousin John the Baptist was a pre-Marx Marxist (Lk 3:11). The paedophile Pastor Frank Houston and his son Brian conveniently fail to mention that.

Honestly, I discount 98% of anything disseminated by a Trumplodite.

The restrictions on churches in US were ruled unconstitutional by our SCOTUS.

I believe it was the number of people that was at issue.  Did SCOTUS rule that masks didn't have to be worn?

It ruled that churches may not be singled out for rules.  ie. If casinos can be open...churches can be open. If singing is allowed in the bar it is allowed in the church.  If Walmart can be open...so can the church. Etc.

I give up.  Masks and distancing were required and this pastor ignored that.  End of discussion.

No one in my town gets arrested for not wearing a mask (when it was required)....or not social distancing.

    A fine maybe.

Why was no one else arrested?  Did they single out the Pastor?

Again if Walmart can have people inside/outside their building so can a church.  At least that is the law in USA.

I usaly don't say things like this but 3 cheers for Canada's law enforsement. I believe that most churches want to have large gathering because large gatherings = large donations. Bet Canada will reach herd immunity  before America and in part it will because that preacher got arrested and wasn't allowed to help spread the viris and I really think God would want it that  way. Preventing gatherings slows down herd immunity.   Some Drs. Say parts of US already at herd immunity levels of 70%.

Herd immunity is not totally effective until 70% of EVERYONE is vaccinated, so having herd immunity in a few places means nothing.

Herd immunity does not require 70% vaccination...many people have natural immunity from having the disease and surviving.

    It helps those areas.

And if people in the areas that have herd immunity go to areas that don't, what then?  There have already been case where people who have had Covid got it again.  Try reading what doctors are saying - not what FOX is reporting.

You mean one of the 30% not immune.  Not just anyone.

There are cases of people with the vaccine getting covid.

Survival rate for this disease for people under 70 is over 99%.

I do not watch Fox. Have not for months.

I have read what doctors are saying....
