If someone provides " a round of beer" for everyone that's ONE beer, right? Can anyone get drunk on one beer?

Does one beer affect your response time if you're driving right after you guzzled it?

    It's unlikely to make you noticeably drunk, but even one beer or other drink equal in alcohol can impair mechanisms like response time and rapid thinking.

    It is very variable, depending on the individual and the situation, too.

    I just offering free beer to folks to induce them to get vaccinated is extremely tacky. I know. Whatever works right? Still it's cheesy and cheap and could cause harm. But you have to engage with people WHERE THEY ARE not where you wish they were. And so it goes. Thank you for your reply! :)
