What is something you did not like, did not want to own, definitely did not want to buy, yet you had to buy it anyway?

    Speakers and an amplifier so I could hear my TV.  It never really did the job and now I have my happy little hearing aids.

    A cell phone.  I fought it for a long time, but eventually gave in when I started to drive, realizing that if I got into a jam on the road, I would have no way to contact anyone for help.

  • A computer is something that I did not want to buy.  However, I bought my first computer over 20 years ago to learn how to use it because computers were used in my workplace.
