    Not sure if the date is accurate or not that's why to be on the safe side I celebrat the regular Christmas on December 25th and Ukrain Christmas that is a few weeks later. Cheers!

    It isn't accurate at all. The BIBLE never states when Mary gave birth to Jesus. There is a book called URANTIA that says Jesus was born at noon August 27, 7BC. That's right. It says Jesus was born 7 years before he was born! NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE. December 25 is purely arbitrary! Thank you for your reply Nanoose! :)

    No.  Jesus was most likely born in the spring.  The bible states that Shepherds were in the field with their flocks.  Something they wouldn't do in the winter.

    Jesus was most likely born on Sept 29th.  It has to do with John the Baptist's birthday (Bible says he was 6?? months older than Jesus) and John's father being a priest and the timing of when he would have been serving in the Temple.  I remember a lesson on it once but do not remember all the details.
