The entire Portland, Oregon RAPID RESPONSE TEAM quit after one of the members was indicted for using excessive/unlawful force! WHY?

Is it the position that unity among them is more important than JUSTICE?

I don't get it.

    If I were an officer...I likely would quit now as well.
