Is there a decommissioned US Navy vessel that’s been converted into a museum in the city where you live?

San Diego has the USS Midway (CV-41), an aircraft carrier that served from 1942 to 1992. She became a museum and tourist attraction in 2004.

Toledo? No. But we do have the Willis T. Boyer, sister ship to the Edmund Fitzgerald here as a museum. This post was edited by Element 99 at September 1, 2021 9:31 PM MDT

    US Navy?  No

However, the Columbia River Maritime Museum (located in Astoria, Oregon) has a few vessels.
One of the USCG "self-righting" patrol/rescue boats, the old Columbia Lightship, and a retired pilot boat.

No.  Back home we had the USS Alabama in Mobile Bay.  I was there a time or two but never went onto it.  The kids did but I stayed on firm ground.  I don't know if it's a museum or not though.
