    Honestly ... I'd try that.

    There is a burger joint in Castle Rock, Washington - that offers burgers made with "exotic" meats.
    They have lamb, buffalo, venison, and a couple others I can't remember.
    I've tried them all.  The lamb is good, if they don't put too much mint sauce on it.

    In Oregon, it's legal to harvest roadkill.
