    It's doing very good too. (That's for Randy.) I just had my 5 year follow up and the surgeon was amazed at how well I am doing. That first year of recovery was not easy! Mine was needed because of an injury so I was determined to get as much of full use back as was physically possible.

    I'll be thinking of you and include you in  my prayers for swift recovery.  My sister has had both of hers done and my brother one of his.  Guess who the home health care worker was?   Yep.  So I have some experience behind saying to Do what the doctor and/or PT tells you to do and don't do what they tell you not to do.  Take care!
