Er, um, it mentions when nothing is said right there in the title!

    Disqualified.

I assume I'm wrong somehow but her answer seems valid to me - -  "What is a song that mentions 'nothing at all' either in its title or lyrics? And there are those exact words, 'nothing at all,' in the title.
    :)

    I know. I'm disqualified, too.  :)
It's okay -- I just had some great pizza, so I'll enjoy my time out  :)

I 'Grrrrrrr' to myself a lot, too. :)

With my reply, I figured I was somehow misinterpreting your question. Based on your reply, though, and your edit up there, it looks like I was on the right track with my reply.
Feel free to let me know if you want me to delete my reply.

In any case, don't be too hard on grrrrrrself.

Either way, my2cent’s answer can be seen as correct and incorrect. She deserves the benefit of the doubt for that. (Grrrrrrr.)

I admit I'm confused about what would qualify as an all-out correct answer, if anything. But I'm okay with that, too.
    :)

The closest I can think of is John Cage's:      "4'33"

(and, even then, its title is the time length of the piece)

Technically, it’s a trick question. By even having a title and lyrics, something is mentioned in each one.

Thanks, Randy D! I appreciate your reply. :)

Your question, and all of this, certainly went over my head for sure until now.
I'll try not to delete everything I've written here.

Yeah, I get it all now. 'Duh' on me.  :)

And I forgot to 'like' your number 5 reply to me -- just did it.

One of those overthinking mornings for me, ug.  :)

Work now for me - - have a good one!  :)

Yeah, that’s cute. Obviously, you don’t know what ambiguity means.

I think there's a 'Heart' song that's called "It Was Nothing at All" or something to that effect. Okay, I'll find it...

      So it’s about something, right?

Yes, I suppose you didn't have "nothing at all" in quotes, so I can appreciate the trick.

Don’t worry; there are many buttons, dials, and switches on the instrument panel I have in front of me, and when I’m working on the “Get Savvy”* array of projects and programs, I have a wide variety of choices for manipulation. (Cough, cough.)

    *LOL, get the double entendre?
