What do you do when you get the blahs?

It's been decades since I got the blahs.  

 

  That’s an extremely rare occurrence in my case, but a visit to the blah-relievers does the trick quite well and quite quickly.

I call Randy D and see what he's doing, but he just hangs up the phone.

I sell them on eBay. 

Cut out the "bull", the sit back and and enjoy the ahs.

I sit in front of artificial sunlight for an hour.  Those dark and dreary days are almost upon me and I dread it like snow. I nose dive, against my will, into an abyss. I need sunshine to thrive.

I don't have too many blahs but I have had blahs before.  I will imagine that I might watch Mystic Pizza and have mint chocolate chip ice cream for dinner.    Heck, I do that sometimes when I'm joyful. 

Play with my grandchildren. If they aren't around, I crank some Icehouse, or Pink Floyd, or Queen, or this Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush classic that I wore the tape out when I was battling depression ...
