  Women, please help men understand what is the big deal with getting your hair wet anyway, and why does it practically seem like the end of the world to some women?

    Not a big deal anymore. 
    It has never been for me. I wash my hair twice a week with conditioner only. 

    As I understand it used to be a bid deal back in the big hair days....beehive hair dos took a lot of hair product and it was hard.to wash it all.out.   This was before my time, so this is just what I have been told.
