The media wants us to believe the inflation is directly proportional to the price of gasoline, yet prices for it have fallen.

It is the price of Diesel fuel and the inflation. It has not fallen. The vast majority of our goods delivery systems, railroads and trucks, run on Diesel. Another media manipulation?

I believe inflation is tied to greed.

Crude is but one factor - and the Tapas price is still high (not all the world is America). Energy generally has gone up, mainly due to Putin putting the squeeze on Europe. Then there's the workers demanding a fair cut of the pie - wage increases do affect inflation, although not as much as business would like you to believe.

Crude was DOWN before Putin, and way down before the invasion. Prices were in free fall immediately prior to the pandemic.

I was just down in PA and was astounded that the price of gas in PA was at almost $5.00 a gallon.  There are stations on Long Island that have regular gas for $3.13-$3.59.  NJ Turnpike was $3.63.

True. Unless, of course, it's not.
