Is it racist to call it Black Friday?

Should it be Green Friday maybe so as not indicate any race.

    I thought that was a joke until I clicked on the link.  I'd never heard of that before.  But now that I have,  I will try my darndest to observe it.

    @PC -- I've been participating for 10+ years now. I have to make sure my car is gassed up and I have enough groceries, but it otherwise isn't too hard to join in....;-D...

    No.  But it's a bit sick (not you personally, but in general) to think of it every time anyone uses the words black or white.  Therapy:  black black black black.............white white white white white.................black black black black................white white white white

    Don't associate the ecofreaks with Black Friday. I'm sure they would oppose it. They hate greed and capitalism..I think..
