    July 4 and New Years Eve are the big fireworks days here in the USA.  I've never seen fireworks on Memorial Day.  This is a day when we remember those who have died defending our country.  We do fireworks on New Years and Independence Day.

    Christmas is a religious holiday and 'the commercial man' can't change that.  I stopped buying Christmas gifts years ago.  I buy great birthday gifts though. :)

    Yes. I live nine miles from the beach and can see the fireworks from my back porch. Its really quite a show.
