Ecuador offered the cheapest rate for full board within a Foreign Embassy as they needed the income. He pays £60 a day and he has been there for years a great earner for a poor Country, it would be £1,000 a night at the American Embassy.
Are you teasing me timothy or is this a for-real answer? He PAYS them? Whoa! I did not know. But now that I think of it why shouldn't they charge him for room and board? Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! It all boils down to money. That's the way of the world I guess. Sad, ain't it? :(
