  • I grab my phone and check any possible updates (texts, news alerts, responses on AnswerMug...) and then I lie there for a while not wanting to get up until the urge to go to the bathroom takes over and I do so :)

    3/4 cup of warm water
    2 teaspoons of honey
    1/2 lemon squeezed
    1/4 teaspoon Tumeric
    1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
    stirred well and drink it.
