What transports you to another world of peace and calm?

For me it is soulful, classical, or nature-inspired music. I'm listening now to rainfall with piano and it removes me from any worries..*ahh* What helps you drift away or become calm?

    not much lately since theyre doing construction near me, i never get peace and quiet and now its even worse cause once they leave i get fireworks
