Are you a night owl or a morning lark?

Which one are you? Have you always been that way? Do you wish you were the opposite?

  • I've always been a "night person."  Opposite? Not on your life!

I can shop any day of the week, not just Fridays after work and the weekend.
On day shift there are four Bosses ... on nights, one.
Almost never have to work directly with a vendor or scientist ... which can be a pain.
I get paid more for working nights.
And it gravely cut into my social life, which in the long run saved my a bunch of money and probably my health. :)

  • WORD TO THE WISE: Night shift and married with children is not an ideal situation.

I am both.  Sleep?  I'm not very good at it.  I like the look of my bed.  I change the sheets once a week.  It helps keep a variety in the room.  I talk to the owls when I'm not working or playing at night.  I sing and watch the larks with the sun rise in the mornings. What happens during the sunsets and the sunrises is always a collage of things.  Sleeping, however, is not an activity that is included. This post was edited by Merlin at June 22, 2017 11:58 AM MDT

Amazing, 6 questions where "Depends" is part of the answer---I never knew such a product commercially available could be the answer to so many questions. This post was edited by tom jackson at June 22, 2017 11:59 AM MDT

I must admit I am still in awe of having discovered such simple answer to so many common problems.

Beautiful Winged Wonder :)  I like the way the color mimic the sounds.  Very Creative.  They are both beautiful, the music and colors that animate them

I feel like I'm both! Which is very detrimental to my health. But I love staying up late and getting up early - when it's physically possible for me to do so! I feel like sleep, while I thoroughly enjoy it, is such a waste of my time D:

  • Waste of time?  Your body will thank you as you get older. :)

When I was in school, I was stressed which caused insomnia, which made getting up for classes and staying up late studying even harder, which stressed me out even more, which...  .  It was a vicious cycle.  In short, I laid in bed awake until 3:00 or 4:00 every night and had to get up at 7:00.  Now that I'm retired, I'm neither.  I sleep from about 1:00 to 9:00.  This is better. We have two houses which we alternately rent and live in depending which one is booked.  Home maintenance and improvements keep me pretty busy when we are in town.  When both are booked we travel.  Tuesday we are leaving for a two-and-a-half month trip to Scandinavia.
