I've appreciated all the answers and comments I've read as of my posting now, 26 July, 2017.
I think it's me whom makes my own life, and life, in general, more complicated, and, thus, more difficult, than it need be.
I remember the first time I heard this Twenty-One Pilots song "Ride" - - it's so true for me! A couple of times in the song, after the fast singing and driving rhythm, the song practically stops and the singer goes into his beautiful falsetto voice and sings - -
"I've been thinking too much -- help me."
