    Well that IS cute.  But here is what would happen.

    The winners would be denounced by the losers and a war would ensue.

    It is the nature of the human being as BEAST that has to be erased and never recognized as acceptable.

    You know I used to play Risk and it held true in the 80's that if you took the Ukraine, you automatically won the game.  Hands down.

    I seriously think this guy in this video named "Matt" has the right idea --  every several years, I believe, he goes to many different countries and gets people to dance with him. This video is my favorite of his that I've seen - - from 2012.
    I love the song.
    I love the singer's voice.
    I love how all the countries' people's dancing is fit to the music.
    I love how this video/song brings tears of hope for us all, happiness and joy to me every time I watch.
    I love that Matt is in every scene.
    I think he's got something right here.

    I'll fall apart if I watch the video today. I still love it, though.

    I reread your question and for a second, this is what went through my head -- " . . . to settle their differences?" 
    I thought, "why don't we all try embracing those differences instead and get along?"

    Silly me. I sometimes think I don't belong on this earth, thinking such childish, head-in-the-clouds, Pollyanna-ish thoughts.
