Would you prefer drinking filtered water or boiled water?.

    I prefer well water. I guess it is 'filtered' by Mother Nature. As rain finds it's way into the earth around my well, the interaction with the soil creates clean water.

    I drink water directly from the tap.  NYC has some of the best water in the country.

    Filtered. Boiling doesn't get rid of the trihalomethanes, chlorine, heavy metals or a dozen other contaminants, it just kills bacteria.

    Sure you can. Boil it after filtering it, the tea tastes better without chemicals in it.

    I use one of these for all my cooking and drinking. Our water here is so highly chlorinated it stings my eyes in the shower.
