The San Juan, Puerto Rico Mayor continues to ignore him and his petty red meat attacks on her. But his base? Well that's exactly why they voted for him. He attacks people when they're down. The best time to do it. With her he gets bonus points because he ropes in the misogynists AND the racists! A double win. Who could resist such a thing as that?.  Plus his worshippers keep defending him/adoring him/sucking up to him/ supporting him no matter what. He sure has their number doesn't he? SIGH

    Trump is not victimizing her. It's YOU that expect her gender and ethnicity to be some kind  of shield that makes all criticism taboo. ANYONE in the political arena is subject to criticism.

    Women want equality but continue to demand their traditional privileges of gentle treatment. This is pure hypocrisy. If women want equality with men, they need take criticism like men. If they want to be treated gently, they can get out of the arena and leave politics to men.

    You constantly consider people's feelings to be more important than reality. This is about disaster relief, not being sensitive to her feelings.     The "Trump base" is a monolithic group that marches in step and all of its members think alike. Congrats Rosie, with that ridiculous sweeping generalization, you just showed yourself to be even more bigoted than you think they are. But it's OK if you're a bigot for the left, isn't it?
