I looked up the images for 2017, both the high-street off-the-rack and the couturiers.
Either way it's the same - massive variety and free choice.
You can go tailored and svelt, or soft, loose and comfy.
You can wear mini, knee-length, midi or maxi.
Colours vary from earth tones to colourful, plain to patterned.
influences are coming from all periods in fashion history, often mixed.
A trip to the op shop would make it easy to adapt second-hand clothes.

One common theme is that many have bold asymmetrical features.

The emphasis seems to be more on fitting the occasion.
