    The original poem is "No MAN is an Island" by John Donne c. 1624:

    No man is an island,

    Meh, I'm sure you could do without all the orhers, but not without ME. I bet it would last about a day or two, then you'd start missing me so much that the tears would flow like a river. You and I go way back.
