The other night, I stumbled upon Mel Brook's "Robin Hood - Men in Tights" and was laughing hysterically. His movies are weird, but they do make me laugh.
"Young Frankenstein" is another classic.
"Under the Skin" mostly because of Scarlett Johansson.
I love this question!! Weird (and silly) movies are my favorite. Just to name a few:
Do you want to see a really weird movie? I mean a really really strange movie? Then you must must see this! This made me laugh so hard, but it was so weird. I found a clip of it on Youtube. I don't know the name of it. It is a Japanese movie. The clip is 4 minutes long, but it will give you a glimpse of this strange movie. Let me know if you watch the clip. ;)
