    What mistakes? LOL. But seriously, I don't recall any teachers being like that. However, when I was 11 and a potty-mouthed little brat, I had a camp counselor who was always threatening to wash my mouth out with soap and finally took Phisohex liquid soap and made me put it in my mouth, although he (thankfully) didn't make me swallow.     No not really,  I remember getting the strap once with a mean looking piece of black leather but it didn't hurt that much that I could use it as an excuse to get out of milking the cows.

    When I was a kid, it was still legal to beat kids and that was pretty damn harsh in my book. I had no confidence in those evil arseholes whatsoever.
