We eat rice every day with our daily fish. Love it. ;)

We too but not with fish usually.. with dal mostly and at times we make rice pulao!

I bought myself a treat today...some smoked salmon. All mine as nobody else likes it.

Oooo delish. Do how do you cook it, or do you eat it raw with capers, cream cheese and crackers. 

That looks like cilantro-lime rice to me; it's excellent :)
