I am in denial about my current weight.  Like this.  I have a pair of pants that I wore last year in school.  They were so big they fell off if I wasn't careful.  And now these same pants are TIGHT.

That is something I cannot deny.  WTF????!!!!!!

HAHAHAHA Me too! Except mine is seasonal. Every winter I put on 10 pounds, then lose it again in the spring. My pants are never too tight or too loose because I wear gym pants year round. LOL

For the most part, yes, I feel pretty lucky to be at the weight I am at.  I do think when you get older, you have to do more to keep the weight off.

I noticed that too. I have to get off the couch a lot more often than I used to to maintain my current weight. lol

No...I have lost 6 pounds over the past year. What I have has transferred to my mid-section.

Isn't that frustrating?  I swear that is where it all goes at some point, even if it isn't much.  Need to find some great exercises for this.  I never had this issue before.

It started with a bad back so I couldn't walk any great distances and then the wrists and shoulder which keep me from upper body exercise.

Same here!  I'm afraid to take too much Advil to counter that pain.

It sure is a fighting battle some days.

It always transforms to the mid section. I dont know why that is, even with exercise it seems to stay there. ;)

I was 140 lbs. in high school. Then I stopped the long distance running and motorcycle racing. (150 lbs.)  Then I met my wife who is a good cook. (160 lbs.)  I then built my house entirely alone and developed about 10 extra lbs. of muscle mass. (170 lbs.)  Then I got a riding lawn mower to mow the 3 acres of lawn at the house I built. (180 lbs.)  Then I got a new job that requires sitting most of the day. (195 lbs.)  I will never be happy with my weight as long as I weigh over 170 lbs.

I am not.  I am way too round at the moment.  I think I'm too happy.  When I was at the doctor last time she told me I was just too short.

I'm happy with my weight but for me, I'm a little out of shape.  Work keeps me on my toes, though, so I could get back to where I would like to be in about a month.

Nope.  My ideal weight is about 200 lbs.  Two years, due to illness, I was 15 lbs. underweight and could not gain no matter what I ate.  Now that I've been completely well for about a year, I am 20 lbs. over.  So I started riding my bike and lifting weights again I should be down to 200 in about 20 years if I live that long.
