Very nice quote.  But I think that just about all that is reformed is most likely to fall as well.  The soul does not die.   Truth does not die.  All else falls.  Whether reformed a million and one times.

"All else falls.  Whether reformed a million and one times." >>> true, reformation is also a kind of death for the earlier version anyway

Maybe. Or put in Fema camps to be re-educated.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) planning to put US citizens in re-education camps? Sounds a bit far fetched. However, it is apparently true that "The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States during World War II was the forced relocation and incarceration in camps in the western interior of the country of between 110,000 and 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry, most of whom lived on the Pacific coast." But times have changed, haven't they?

So the reason all people die is that nobody reforms? You might be right. Now we just need someone to tell us HOW to reform ;-))

"Now we just need someone to tell us HOW to reform" >>> You've probably missed the boat. The Christian world has apparently had many such someones including John Calvin.

quite so, and John Calvin is one of the many. I guess I should have said "someone trustworthy to tell us how"

Q "Will that which will not be reformed be destroyed? Oh, Babylon how have ye Fallen?"

Reformation itself is a method of destruction. That which is reformed is, by definition, no longer in its original form.

Semantically you may have a case, but really? Do you think a guy who stop drinking booze are destroying himself?

well he's destroying his former alcoholic self, isn't that the idea? He's becoming a new man, don't you think? The whole idea is to turn a new leaf, so to speak, have a fresh start and become a different person.
