I saw that video and think it's the most absurd thing I've ever heard of.  Schools are getting into areas that they need to stay the h*ll out of.

It is stupid.  You are not gonna stop people from having best friends. This is a perfect example of Political Correctness run amuck. School is overreaching....

Don't drink the water. There's carcinogenics in it.

What is wrong with being best friends?  Or does that mean something different and sinister now than it used to?

Oh sorry don't do clicks because they are liable to contain viruses and I don't want to be responsible for infecting my company's system. Though actually I am home now.

So then go to the Post's site yourself and find the story. It explains the schools' rationales.

The nation is collapsing. This is just another detail in the process. Daniel said it would happen and Jesus said it's going to be worse than anything ever before.

That's really creepy and sad. Do they think that by having best friends, they make the losers feel left out?
That's dumb. As a loser, I never cared that other kids had best friends or felt left out. I just wanted to be left alone.

Schools are supposed to help children become members of society, not just collectors of exam-results certificates. It's hard to see how anyone would square the former with trying to control individuals' normal friendships - an absurd and selfish thing to do anyway.
