I've loved my Grand'Mars ever since I can remember.....my mums mum was the image of my mum so it's no wonder they are all very protective of their grand kids..... Just remember that when you try again to have a pop at me......your only a short hop on a plane away :)D
Hmm, I am thinking... I actively try hard to overlook grammar mistakes as for me content is more important but are we completely sure that ride-along should be double-barreled like that? See, I'd say that ride and along are two words and not necessarily connected, unless there is such a thing as a ride-along? It's possible that it's just something I have never heard of, not in use here. Normally it would be ride and along as in accompanying.
According to the Wikipedia, the font of all knowledge, there is indeed, such a phenomenon as ride-along. "A ride-along is an arrangement for a civilian to spend a shift in the passenger seat of an emergency vehicle, observing the work day of a police officer, firefighter, or paramedic. Ride-alongs are offered by many police departments around the world. There is a minimum age to participate in a ride-along." SO, that's two things I have learned here today, that bed-bugs like cardboard boxes and that in America there is such a thing as a 'ride-along'. My cup runneth over.
