Sure, it was a craze in college, we all had several.

A name badge?

"Worn ... no."  Carried ... yes.

The security clearance was so high that I wasn't suppose to wear it.
The group didn't want people to know who was cleared for the project.
The badge was used to get into the project area, but not worn.

I have. Civilian ID, when I was working at the RAAF.

I have a Pin but never wear  it as it give guys a a reason stare at it's  :(D 

I had to wear an employee badge at my job. Now I wear a badge at my hospital volunteer job. 

I remember they had these sheriff's badges with kids' names on them at the Ponderosa Ranch (an Old West-themed park in Nevada that closed down in 2004) but none of them ever said "Nevan". :( Having an usual name meant there was never one of those personalized kids' things for me. That was the only badge that I really wanted. lol

Other than that I've worn a nametag, but that's about it.  

Yeah, I wore one for 18 years, then I retired and was glad to be out from under it as the profession grows deadlier by the day.

In the Navy when I took my turn acting as Shore Patrol in foreign ports we wore a white wrist band with a Queen's Crown design on it. We also work white belt and gaiters along with it to look more 'official'.

Yes.  Safety Patrol in fourth and fifth grades.  I made Lieutenant.  Had the whistle.
