Should children be protected FROM or subjected TO hate speech? At what age is it OK to let them hear whatever anyone wants to say? Why?

    I would guess they get quite enough hate speech from their friends.

    Children should be protected/shielded  from hate speech because childhood is the impressionable years. Not sure what age a kid should be to hear anything maybe 35 would be safe. Cheers!

    The children raised in racist homes have no chance to be protected since it is their very own parents who instill hate in them. Sadly. I like that age though. At 35 we are pretty much formed and can figure things out more easily than when we are 5 or  10 or 18. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday Nanoose! :)
