Why do governments spend billions $£ on bullets,bombs and munitions and then give it alway for free..?.

Get shot of it if it's unwanted ,but at least make some sort of Charge for it...:(

    They're afraid that if they're left defenseless then others would attack them. Perhaps they should look into multipurpose weapons that, at the very least, have some other better use than just sitting around waiting to kill people.
