If you won the jackpot from Mega millions or Powerball what would you do?

I would quit working. Lol.

  • Well the first thing I would probably do is sh!t and fall back in it. Then I would follow SpunkySenior's idea regarding advisors and such. After that though, I would insist on tithing. I'd also pay off all of mine and my parent's debt. Then I would probably take a breath and smile as a world of possibilities open up for my boyfriend and I. Sometimes It would be nice, at least for a while, to trade the problems of having less money, for the problems of having too much.

    Call a Financial Planner and/or Tax Accountant.

    Buy up a bunch of run-down, condemned buildings ... burn them down ... and turn the land into parks, named after myself of course.

  • I didn't really say "off the wall,"  but I do happen to have a wall phone. Even more amazing than that ... I've never had or owned a mobile phone.  How unAmerican is that!  (I like being different.)

    The cord?  Yes.  It's extra long so that I don't have to have a cell phone to walk around and talk at the same time.  :))

    Wonder how I won because I don't play. :/ 

    I may actually go buy a ticket now. You guys will know I won because the Mug will get a swanky new interface. lol Beyond that, I'd do what everyone else says they will... check with an adviser and pay off debts. I'd cut my working hours or maybe sell off my main business; just focus on my kids, finishing school, and doing all the things I "should be" doing but never get to do.

  • I'd pee my pants, do a happy dance and then quit my job. I'd take care of my family and good friends, of course, but from there ... the possibilities are endless. I'd travel, travel, and travel.

    I'd go and get "my" personal attorney and financial advisor.  Then we would pray about what to do with it all. Lots of good I'm sure.

    I'll probably split it among my family and get the house, cars, and bills paid off before doing anything fun with it. I'll probably still work, otherwise I'll go stir crazy and I'm always paranoid about the money vanishing so I like to still have some coming in just in case.

  • Remodel my old home the way I always dreamed it could be.  Then take care of my family.  New vehicle for sure. Then lots of trips to England to be with my guy. Then donate to many charities that benefit children, animals, the homeless, and under-insured elderly.
