Do some people rarely if ever shower and what's wrong with that?

    Nothing if they are a monk or sage in the Himalayan Mountains.

    For the rest of society they REEK.  

    I actually never shower because I am a lover of baths.  I make sure to have at least one each day.  

    To not wash at all is asking for decay and no friends.  EVER.

    I can't stand the thought of going longer than a day without the refreshing clean feeling of a shower. All that stickyness drives me crazy. As a child, I was 'allowed' to go a few days without. Never bothered me in those childhood days.

    I once had a roommate who would go for weeks without a bath or shower and though she otherwise lived a normal life she never seemed to smell or become offensive.  Unless I am camping with my husband I take a shower every day and in some seasons both a bath and a shower.

    It could actually be bad for your skin, to shower daily.

  • I don't particularly like that fungus amongus feeling in my crotch area from going to long without showering.  I try not to go so long that I need Lotrimin cream. :P
