Yes. We are having eggplant lemon and tomato sauteed in butter, with sweet potato yam and ham , cubed and baked in the oven, all pourded over organic brown rice. Yum.

Not really non-traditional but, very plain. We had a small turkey breast, broccoli and shared a baked potato.

I'm having cold baked veggies and a hot 1/2 of an english muffin with a little butter and black raspberry jelly (a small amount).  Excellent meal

My son made prime rib for his wife, dad and dad's partner. From what I heard it was fabulous.

  • I LOVE a good prime rib with raw horseradish.  It was so tender, like butter, as they say.

Well..first we must decide what a traditional holiday meal is. I cooked a pork tenderloin with sides of scalloped potatoes and steamed mixed veggies.

I didn't have my kiddos today and wasn't quite sure what to do with myself. When they're home, I cook and prepare meals. When they're not, I either eat poorly or forget to eat. So, my dinner tonight was chips and dip.

Cold chicken, ham and three different salads. Crackers and dip. Ice cold beer. That's "traditional" in Australia, it's 96 degrees outside. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at December 26, 2018 7:39 AM MST

36C. I converted to Fahrenheit for the majority American audience.

    Today (27th Dec) it's predicted to reach 41C (107F). It's already 100 and it's only 10.40am.
