What is the best gift you have ever received?

My daughter gave me a photo album of her and my son when they were youngsters...without their mother in it. (My ex).

  • A wealthy client bought me my first windows desktop computer system.  It was a Godsend at the time as I could look for good specialists for my Mother's lung cancer.  Jt changed my whole life after she was gone.  it truly was my window to the world and the many wonderful people I met including my boyfriend:)

    The best gift I ever received wasn't some "thing", it was a thank you.  I know what you're thinking, a thank you isn't a gift it's a response to receiving a gift.  Well, not this one.  It was simply a small scrap of paper sent from a young lady on the other side of the world saying, "thank you for being my friend".

  • Actually the best "gift" was when my son was a teenager.  I told him I admired his willingness to try new things and be so brave all the time.  He told me he knew my husband and I always had his "back" and it made it easier .. just in case things didn't work out.  Best thing ever!
