    I don't know that anyone lacks a sense of humor.  Some of us are just more earnest about our lives and we have no need of trying to cut up all the time.  A little simple honesty goes a lot further than stupid jokes.  And is a lot funnier as well!  Try it.

    Having often been accused of "lacking  a sense of humor" because I don't get peoples' "jokes" I am particularly sensitive to such charges.  I am sure you are capable of being serious and telling us something about yourself - I was speaking in general.
