    Ooh... yeah. I love that one. Hearing it live will give you shivers. 

    If I hadn't gotten so flustered when I met Page, I would have asked him what he meant by the end of it. That kills me. Is he upset at the end because her not caring broke his heart or because he knows he broke her heart based on her flippant response to the breakup? Thoughts?

  • I’ve been on a binge BNL’s again since we discussed them other day. 
    The meaning I get from that part of the song is her response isn’t flippant at all. She’s pissed off, hurt and says all those things out of pride. So he knows he broke her heart. That’s my interpretation, anyway.

    Yeah, that's what I meant by "flippant," but perhaps the word carries the wrong connotation. I meant it as false or superficial. Either way, I think you're probably right.
