    Well. THERE ARE.

Half the stories around came from here.

How about Jodi Arias?  That was a real corker.

Phoenix is high on crime, so was Chicago. Another city famous for crime shows.

  • No .. it's not a big crime hub.  The worst crimes that are committed are fashion and spelling crimes.

    Hello there Element99
The only thing our sheriff's have to do around here is traffic control when there is an accident on our roads. otherwise they are just hanging out at the firehouse.
We did have, many years ago a local family whose daughter was murdered by the Manson family, Abigail Folger was from Woodside.

I loved that show, too.  They're re-running it on some cable station, but it's all in Spanish.

¿Mande?  ¿Cómo?  Hay gente que no lo va a entender, no tiene sentido para nada.

I was in high school and college during its original run.  A few of my (college) classmates actually had roles as extras in some episodes.

Living in NYC, I'm sure there would be enough stories to keep the show running into the next century.

It might be a long time before the next episode airs unless you want to watch a show about giving people traffic tickets or solving petty crimes.   The last four murders in my county were in 2017, 2008, 1995 and 1926.

The last four murders here were...let me think. Oh, yeah, the last six weeks.

  • It wouldn't be as great as The Streets of San Francisco, but it would be more violent and fast-paced and maybe even exciting.

No.  Not much crime here.  Thank goodness.
