    You're a little confused about that.  I would suggest a little research.  But you use whatever oil you want to use.

    I eat both green olives and black olives but I prefer green ones because of the more intense flavor.  :)

    Depends on what I am serving the predicates which Olives are served.  Now green olives are very common around here and served in wine bars.  So we have an overage of green olive consumption
