What is your favourite fruit juice?

    Yeah, now dietician peeps are saying there is too much sugar in fruit juices. Grapefruit juice has a lower sugar content and I only drink a glass a day.

  • That's good as long as you're not on BP meds.  Or, at least most BP meds advise against grapefruit juice.    I like grapefruit juice, I am just not much of a juice drinker anymore.

    I am on Lipitor and was told grapefruit juice was verboten. After fourteen years I did some research. I can drink it in quantities less than a litre a day. All of those years I had been lied to.

    Lipitor is a statin, used to control cholesterol. I also take Metoprolol...a BP med to which there are no such precautions.

    Pome'granite is hard to drink and sits heavy in my stomach.....it's jolly healthy and tasty to.....

    Did you know ,most all cheap juices have no actual fruit in them and mostly made from chemicals.....

    If you want fresh squashed juice to drink....make the stuff your self.....it's the only Elf'y option..:)

    That's why I don't drink the cheap stuff. The bottle in the pic is 100% juice and that is what is in my fridge. So is the orange juice I have. Nothing added.
