He is beating this meat.  I did not say beating his meat.

Go there yourself.  I am sure you probably are.  You are open-minded.  I would be so bored to death.

Ahhhh!  I was going to say beating his meat!
Now I'm going to have to dig a bit deeper in his pocket to pull out another whammy. ;)

Obviously, my wrist action wasn't fast enough to catch this conversation at its peak.  You're one stroke ahead of me with the same answer.
I have forgotten.  You've gotta be quick around here.  No foolin' around! ;) ;)

Come, come now, Merlie, I don't know what you're trying to pull, but surely you don't want to cause any unexpected outbursts here, or have some guy shooting off all over the place. Such a result would be anti-climatic.

Hi Randy~ Oh, how you tickle the temptation. Sometimes, beating around the bush can be equally satisfying. Jumping in too quickly tends to be dry and without creativity.  It's the anticipation of that first bite that makes the meal a full delight.

I was so into good meat way back when I was a carnivore, that this was a delight to me.  Especially with loads of salt and a glass of wine.  I am so glad I gave up this lovely pass time or else I probably would not still be here.  Salt.  Raw meat and loads of wine.  Very healthy.

I wonder if there is a Kobe' beef tartare.   This is heart tartare.  Not for the feint of heart; that is for sure.

I am pretty sure those are capers which are more compatible with this dish.

Hi~ The presentation is nice.  I love the peacock feathers.

A quick side note. You popped into my head while driving up here. For your own sake of sanity, please don't ever drive through Stockton on I-5. :( :(.

I'm driving home tomorrow.  Well, actually, I'm leaving in about 3 hours.  I wish I could avoid it.
